      In the Visit Details section, there is misaligned spacing between the "Follow Up" and "Chief Complaint" fields.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to any patient’s Visit Details section
      1. Locate the "Follow Up" and "Chief Complaint" fields

      Expected Result:
      Consistent spacing between the two fields.

      Actual Result:
      The space between "Follow Up" and "Chief Complaint" appears uneven.
