The "Referred From" and "Referred To" fields are overlapping on the Beneficiary card displayed on the Home page. 

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the Home page

• Locate any Beneficiary card

• Observe the layout of "Referred From" and "Referred To" fields.

Expected Result:
"Referred From" and "Referred To" fields should be displayed clearly without overlapping, with appropriate spacing.

Actual Result:
Fields are overlapping.
