When a user re-installs the HWC Mobile app, previously registered beneficiary records do not appear.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Register a beneficiary in the HWC Mobile app.
- Uninstall and reinstall the application.
- Log in with the same credentials.
- Check for previously registered beneficiaries.
Expected Result:
Previously registered beneficiary records should be restored after reinstalling the app.
Actual Result:
Beneficiary records are missing after reinstallation.
