Description:
Beneficiaries are not getting transferred to the Lab Technician (LT) and Pharmacist modules due to a sync issue. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register a beneficiary and complete the required steps.
2. Attempt to move the beneficiary to the Lab Technician (LT) module – beneficiary does not appear.
3. Attempt to move the beneficiary to the Pharmacist module – beneficiary does not appear.

Expected Result:

• Beneficiary should seamlessly transition to the Lab Technician and Pharmacist modules without delay.
• Sync should work correctly to update beneficiary details in real time.

Actual Result:

• Beneficiary details are not syncing properly, preventing movement to the LT and Pharmacist modules.
