In Patient registration, based on Marital Status, for married beneficiary show Spouse name filed.

Acceptance criteria:

1. In Registration Page, Under Personal Information when need to have one field for selecting Marital Status and the drop-down values will be Married & Unmarried. When we are selecting Married then Spouse Name should get popped-up.
2. That Spouse name field should be non-mandatory to fill.
3. If the Beneficiary is unmarried then Father Name field should get popped-up and If Beneficiary is Married then Spouse name should get popped-up.
4. Applicable for both Men and Women.
