Description:
There are multiple UI issues in the Visit Details and Home Page screens that need to be addressed:

1. Spacing Issues:

• • Remove extra space between Follow-up and Chief Complaints fields.
  • Remove extra space between Chief Complaints and Number Picker.

1. Color Combination Issues:

• • Cross (X) and Plus buttons are not clearly visible.
  • Re-set button appears too bright, causing visibility issues.
  • Sync Icon color is not properly visible on the Beneficiary Card on the Home Page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit Details screen and observe the spacing issues.
2. Check the visibility of the Cross & Plus buttons across all screens.
3. Observe the brightness of the Re-set button.
4. On the Home Page, check the Sync Icon visibility on the Beneficiary Card.

Expected Result:

• Proper spacing between fields in the Visit Details screen.
• All buttons should have proper contrast for visibility.
• The Sync Icon should be clearly visible on the Beneficiary Card.

Actual Result:

• Extra space exists between fields in Visit Details.
• Some buttons are not clearly visible due to color contrast issues.
• Sync Icon is not properly visible on the Beneficiary Card.
