Description:
After logging into the application, the download process is taking an extended amount of time to restore the data. Additionally, the application downloads the data every time upon login, even when no changes have been made (i.e., without entering or updating any information). 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the application.
2. Observe that the download process starts and takes a long time.
3. Log out and log in again without making any changes.
4. Notice that the download process occurs again unnecessarily.

Expected Result:

• In application, download should be little fast.

Actual Result:

• The download process takes an excessive amount of time.
