Design New UI for Patient Card, Vitals, and Dashboard Sections

      There should be new UI designed for Patient card, Vitals and Dashboard section.

      Demographic details should be present as per below details.

      Validation: When there is referral from Doctor for any patient then referral details should be visible in Home page along with demographic details, if there is no referral then details should not be visible.

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. Patient card should have Icons of separately for all age groups as per below list.

      New Born: Age 0 to 1 Month,

      Infant: Age 1 Month to 1 Year (12 Months),

      Child and Adolescent: Boy/ Girl: > 1 Year < 18 Years

      Man / Woman: > 18 Years

      Pregnant Woman

      PNC Woman

      2. UI needs to be changed for Speech, Text and Camera in Home Page.

      3. When there is No ABHA number created for particular beneficiary then show ABHA button to create ABHA and If the ABHA is already created then display ABHA number.

      4. In Dashboard Section, All the Services (count) should be clickable, so that the corresponding details will be visible for that particular beneficiary.

      Demographic details:

      For Patient card- 

      1. First row, Name should be displayed.
      2. Second row, Age and gender should be displayed.
      3. Third row, Phone No and Beneficiary ID should be displayed.
      4. Fourth row, Village Name and Visit date.
      5. There should be Boarder from all the sides for each beneficiary with ABHA button at last and search button at first  (Right side).

      For Vitals detail-

      1. First row, Heading "Vitals" on top.
      2. Second row, Temperature and Pulse Rate(min) should be displayed.
      3. Third row, BP(mmHg) Systolic and BP(mmHg) DiSystolic should be displayed.
      4. Fourth row, Respiratory Rate(per min) and SPO2(%) should e displayed.
      5. Fifth row, RBS Result(mg/dl)
      6. Sixth row, Heading "Anthropometry.
      7. Seventh row, Height and weight should be displayed.
      8. Eighth row, BMI that should be auto-calculated based on Height & weight.

      For Case Record (Doc section)-

      1. Visit number and visit details should be displayed.
      2. Then the Heading as "Chief Complaints" and the Chief complaints values in one rectangular box along with duration.
      3. Then the "vitals", "Provisional diagnosis", "Prescription", "Refer" as Heading and then their corresponding values in Rectangular box.

      For Dashboard-

      1. Count should get displayed for all the services in separate square box.
