The following two issues were observed in the Delivery Outcome and Infant Registration modules:

1. *Sync Status Reverts to Non-Sync*

• After successful syncing, the Delivery Outcome module initially displays a *green sync status*.
• After some time, the status changes back to *Non-Sync*.

2. *Dead Child Status Not Indicated*

• If one child is marked as *dead* while entering the Outcome of Delivery, the child is displayed on the Infant Registration page.
• However, there is no indication that the child was marked as *stillborn/dead*, which may cause confusion during registration.

*Expected Result:*

• Once the data is successfully synced, the sync status should remain *Synced* unless a genuine sync failure occurs.
• A child marked as dead/stillborn should be clearly identified as *Stillborn/Dead* on the Infant Registration page and should be handled accordingly.
