Multiple usability issues are observed in RNMCH list screens, making it difficult for users to access the most recently registered records.
Issue 1: Infant Registration List Opens at Incorrect Scroll Position
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Navigate to *Infant Registration*.
2. Register a new infant and submit the form.
3. Observe the navigation after successful submission.
*Actual Result:*
The app navigates back to the *Infant Registration List*, but the list opens at a lower scroll position instead of the top. Users have to scroll up multiple times to view the latest registration.
*Expected Result:*
After successful submission, the app should navigate to the *top of the Infant Registration List*, where the newly registered record is immediately visible.

*Issue 2: Latest Records Are Not Displayed at the Top in Abortion and Adolescent Lists*
*Steps to Reproduce:*
1. Create a new record in the *Abortion* and *Adolescent* module.
2. Navigate to the respective list screen.
*Actual Result:*
The newly created record is *not displayed at the top of the list*. Instead, it appears somewhere within the list, requiring users to search for it .
*Expected Result:*
The *latest registered record should be displayed at the top of the list*, allowing users to access it immediately after registration.
*Issue 3:* In the RNMCH module, when ** outcomes of delivery is 2** are mentioned and the user proceeds to *Infant Registration, the second child’s form is pre-filled with the **same data as the first child*. Although the data can be edited, it is incorrectly carried forward from the first child instead of displaying a blank form for the second child.
