However, after successful submission, the entered value is missing when the saved record is viewed.

1. Navigate to *RNMCH → PNC*.
2. Fill all mandatory fields, including *Maternal Symptoms*.
3. Submit the form successfully.
4. Open the submitted record in *View* mode.
5. Observe the *Maternal Symptoms* field.

*Actual Result:*
The *Maternal Symptoms* field is blank in View mode, even though it was filled during form submission.

*Expected Result:*
The selected *Maternal Symptoms* should be displayed correctly in View mode after the form is submitted.
