As per the latest UI/UX requirements, the following enhancements need to be implemented on the Pharmacy and Case Record pages to improve usability, readability, and user experience.

Enhancement Requirements:

Pharmacy Page

1. Remove the Prescription ID and Consultant Name fields.
2. Arrange the card listing in a single-column layout.
3. Rename "Special Instructions" to "Instructions".
4. Rename "Patient" to "Name" and display beneficiary details in the format:
   • Name / Age / Gender
5. Resize the Edit icon as per the approved UI design.

Case Record Page

1. Resize the Blood Pressure (BP) field to align with the updated UI.
2. Add a Visit dropdown to allow users to select and view the required visit details.

Expected Result:

• Prescription ID and Consultant Name are removed from the Pharmacy page.
• Cards are displayed in a single-column layout.
• "Special Instructions" is renamed to "Instructions".
• "Patient" is renamed to "Name", displaying Name / Age / Gender.
• Edit icon is resized according to the UI guidelines.
• BP field is resized appropriately on the Case Record page.
• A Visit dropdown is available on the Case Record page and functions correctly.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All requested UI changes are implemented successfully.
• Existing functionality remains unaffected.
• UI is responsive and properly aligned across all supported devices and screen sizes.
• No regression issues are introduced after implementing these enhancements.
