Currently, the Anthropometry section is displayed below the Vitals section. As per the updated UI/UX requirement, the Anthropometry section should be moved above the Vitals section to improve the clinical workflow and align with the desired sequence of data entry.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the HWC Mobile Application.
2. Open a beneficiary and navigate to the assessment/consultation screen.
3. Observe the order of the Anthropometry and Vitals sections.

Current Result:
The Anthropometry section is displayed below the Vitals section.

Expected Result:
The Anthropometry section should be displayed above the Vitals section in the assessment screen, while maintaining the existing functionality and data capture.
