*Steps to Reproduce:*

1. Open the application.
2. Navigate to the *Delivery Outcome* module.
3. Attempt to enter data in the available fields.
4. Save and sync the record.
5. Try to proceed with *Child Registration* or *Infant Registration*.

*Actual Result:*

• Unable to type or enter data in the Delivery Outcome module.
• Data syncing is taking time.
• Child and Infant Registration cannot be performed because the prerequisite Delivery Outcome data is unavailable.

*Expected Result:*

• Users should be able to enter data in all editable fields of the Delivery Outcome module.
• Data should sync successfully.
• Users should be able to continue with Child and Infant Registration without any issues.
