CPHC Details not loading in Doctor Module when CHO Role Login used

      When we log in using CHO(with Nurse, Doctor, & CHO roles), case record details, CPHC details were not showing up in the Doctor's Case Record Screen.

       

      We need to test the app using different logins and different roles:
