Doctor Modules details were not loading when CHO Role Login used

      When we log in using CHO(with Nurse, Doctor, & CHO roles), case record details, CPHC details, Test, Pharmacist details were not showing up in the Doctor's Case Record Screen.

       

      We need to test the app using different logins and different roles:

      E.g. User: 9899999999
