General screening: If referral is detected, just one alert before submission
For specific screening (e.g., memory loss or functional loss- ADL): After screening for all the specific screenings, the backend shall store the data and only when the CHO selects "NO" for referral at the end of the page when the logic in screening is saying Yes, the alert shall be shown.
The message should say:
Please recheck, referral according to screening results recommended for:
1. X specific screening (for eg Functional ADL)
2. Y specific screening (for eg Dementia)
The Case status should only be shown when the CHO selects NO to referral. The current dropdown can remain as it is. When "yes" is selected for referral, the case status should not be displayed. Date and remarks fields are enough.
Also, the CHO stays at the referral page if it is recommended and they have selected no. Progression to next screen should not be there in case referral is recommended. Please refer the updated BRD confluence shared.
