Additionally, after completing the 4th ANC visit, the 1st ANC visit cannot be added through the "View ANC Visit" dropdown. However, the same visit can be added using the "Add ANC Visit" button, resulting in inconsistent behavior.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.
2. Navigate to the PW Registration module.
3. Open a beneficiary record with an EDD in September 2026.
4. Go to the ANC section.
5. Click on "View ANC Visit" and observe the available ANC visits.
6. Complete the 4th ANC visit.
7. After completion, try to add the 1st ANC visit using the "View ANC Visit" dropdown.
8. Observe the available options.
9. Now click on the "Add ANC Visit" button and check whether the 1st ANC visit can be added.

Actual Result:

• The system displays and allows completion of the 4th ANC visit directly.
• After completing the 4th ANC visit, the 1st ANC visit cannot be added through the "View ANC Visit" dropdown.
• The 1st ANC visit can still be added using the "Add ANC Visit" button, leading to inconsistent behavior.
