Unable to Enter Husband's Name After Changing Marital Status from Unmarried to Married

      When editing an existing unmarried female beneficiary and updating the marital status to "Married", the Husband's Name field becomes visible but does not allow any input. As a result, the user is unable to enter the husband's name details.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application.
      2. Open an existing female beneficiary whose marital status is set to "Unmarried".
      3. Click on Edit Beneficiary.
      4. Change the marital status from "Unmarried" to "Married".
      5. Navigate to the Husband's Name field.
      6. Try entering a value in the field.

      Actual Result:
      The Husband's Name field does not accept any input after changing the marital status to "Married".

      Expected Result:
      The Husband's Name field should be editable and allow users to enter the husband's name once the marital status is updated to "Married".
