Prescribed Medicine Not Visible During Follow-up Visit After Test Results

      The Medicine Name which has been prescribed by doc 1st time before prescribing Investigation is not visible to doc when the beneficiary is coming with the test result for the 2nd time,  but it should be visible to doc so that he/she can edit/see what has been prescribed before.
