While registering a beneficiary, the "Village" dropdown field is not functioning properly when the application language is switched to Hindi. On clicking the dropdown, no options are displayed or selection is not possible.

*Steps to Reproduce:*

1. Login to the application
2. Change the application language to Hindi
3. Navigate to "Beneficiary / Patient Registration" screen
4. Fill in the required details
5. Click on the "Village (गाँव)" dropdown
6. Observe that the dropdown does not open or no options are shown

*Expected Result:*
The Village dropdown should open and display a list of available villages for selection.

*Actual Result:*
The dropdown does not respond or fails to display options when the language is set to Hindi.

*Impact:*
Users are unable to complete the beneficiary registration process in Hindi language.
