Even though all records appear to be successfully synced (sync icon is green), the sync indicator still shows 1 record as not synced.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create or update records in the application
2. Complete full flow till Pharmacist and dispense drugs.
3. Perform sync operation
4. Observe the sync icon turns green (successful sync)
5. Check the sync indicator/count

Actual Result:

• Sync icon shows green (all records synced)
• Sync indicator shows 1 record not synced

Expected Result:

• If sync icon is green, sync indicator should show 0 unsynced records
• Sync status should be consistent across UI
