Unable to delete first chief complaint and add new complaint in Visit Details(Lava Device)

      In the Visit Details section, when two chief complaints are added and the user attempts to delete the first one, the application navigates to an unexpected/blank page. Additionally, the “+” icon becomes unresponsive, preventing the user from adding new complaints.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application
      2. Navigate to Visit Details
      3. Add 2 chief complaints using the “+” icon
      4. Try to delete the first chief complaint
      5. Observe the screen and try clicking the “+” icon again

      Actual Result:

      • App navigates to an incorrect/blank page after deletion
      • “+” icon is not clickable (becomes unresponsive)

      Expected Result:

      • User should be able to delete any chief complaint without navigation issues
      • Remaining complaints should display correctly
      • “+” icon should remain active to allow adding more complaints
