Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Beneficiary Registration
3. Select Gender = Female
4. Select Marital Status = Unmarried
5. Observe the Status dropdown options

Actual Result:

• Status dropdown shows options like EC, PW, PNC, etc.
• These options are not relevant for unmarried females

Expected Result:

• Status dropdown should display only relevant options (e.g., Adolescent Girl, etc.)
• Options like EC, PW, PNC should be hidden/disabled for unmarried beneficiaries
