After registering a beneficiary in the General OPD module, the count is not getting updated/reflected in the Dashboard after clearing cache.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to General OPD module
3. Register a new beneficiary with valid details
4. Submit the form successfully
5. Navigate to the Dashboard
6. Check the General OPD count

Actual Result:

The registered beneficiary count is not reflected in the Dashboard.

Expected Result:

The Dashboard should immediately update and reflect the correct count of beneficiaries registered under General OPD.
