When the user navigates to the Visit Details page and then goes back without submitting the form, a blank visit record is automatically created.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open/Register a beneficiary
2. Navigate to Visit Details page
3. Do not fill any data
4. Click on Back / Navigate away without submitting

Expected Result:
No visit record should be created unless the form is explicitly submitted.

Actual Result:
A blank visit record is created every time the user navigates back without submitting the form.
