Next button not clickable during follow-up visit after entering sub-category and reason

      When a beneficiary completes their first visit and returns for a follow-up visit, the user is able to enter the sub-category and reason for the visit. However, after filling in these details, the Next button remains unresponsive.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Register/Open a beneficiary
      2. Complete the first visit successfully
      3. Start a follow-up visit
      4. Enter sub-category and reason for the visit
      5. Click on the Next button

      Expected Result:
      User should be able to proceed to the next step after entering required details.

      Actual Result:
      Next button is not clickable / not responding.
