UI Changes Required & Chief Complaint Search Filter Not Working Properly

      The following issues have been observed in the application UI and Chief Complaints section:

      Issues:

      1. UI Changes:
        • The overall UI of the application needs to be updated as per new design requirements.
      1. Chief Complaints Search Issue:
        • In the Chief Complaints section, the search functionality is not filtering correctly.
        • When typing "F", only diseases starting with "F" should be displayed.
        • When typing "Fe", only diseases starting with "Fe" should appear.
        • Currently, irrelevant disease names are also being shown.

      Expected Result:

      • UI should reflect the updated design.
      • Chief Complaints search should work as a prefix-based filter, showing only matching disease names based on typed characters.
