ABHA creation is currently not working in the application. Users are unable to successfully create ABHA during the registration process.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application.

1. Go to the ABHA creation section.

1. Enter required beneficiary details.

1. Attempt to create ABHA.

Actual Result:

• ABHA is not getting created / process fails.

Expected Result:

• ABHA should be created successfully after entering valid details.

• System should generate ABHA ID without errors.
