Test results are not appearing in the patient prescription. Even after lab tests are completed and results are available in the system, the prescription does not display the associated test results.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to the application.
- Navigate to a patient record with completed lab tests.
- Generate or view the patient prescription.
- Check the prescription for test results.
Expected Result
- Completed test results should be displayed in the patient prescription.
Actual Result
- Test results are not displayed in the prescription.
