As a Health Worker, I want the Immunization module to automatically show eligible ANC women and children (0–16 years, Alive) with age-wise vaccine schedules, due/overdue status, and guided data entry, so that I can ensure timely immunization, accurate record keeping, and correct incentive eligibility without manual calculations.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Beneficiary Eligibility

      • Immunization module is visible only for:
        • ANC Women
        • Children aged 0–16 years where Beneficiary Status = Alive
      • Ineligible beneficiaries are not shown.

      Immunization Due List View

      • Due List contains two sections:
        • ANC Women
        • Children
      • Children section is grouped into the following age-based sub-sections:
        • Birth Dose Vaccines
        • 6 Weeks Vaccines
        • 10 Weeks Vaccines
        • 14 Weeks Vaccines
        • 9–12 Months Vaccines
        • 16–24 Months Vaccines
        • 5–6 Years Vaccines
        • 10 Years Vaccines
        • 16 Years Vaccines
        • Catch-Up Vaccines (Missing Vaccines)

      Vaccine Status Visualization

      • When a child is selected, system displays vaccines as per age-specific schedule:
        • Green → Vaccine Taken
        • Orange → Vaccine Due
        • Red → Vaccine Overdue
      • Due and overdue status is calculated based on Date of Birth and schedule rules.

      Immunization Schedule & Date Logic

      • Vaccine due dates, allowable vaccination windows, dependency rules, and overdue periods are:
        • Auto-calculated strictly as per the defined Immunization Schedule Date Logic.
      • System enforces:
        • Minimum interval between doses
        • Upper age limits
        • Dependency validation (previous dose completion)

      Immunization Data Entry Screen

      • On selecting a vaccine, a data entry screen is shown with:
        • Auto-populated child details (Name, DOB, Age, Gender, IDs, Parents, Mobile)
        • Auto-populated vaccine details (Dose Name, Vaccine Name, Due Date)
      • Date of Vaccination:
        • Mandatory
        • Cannot be future date
        • Must fall within the allowed date range for that vaccine
      • Vaccinated Place and Vaccinated By are mandatory dropdowns.
      • MCP Card:
        • Upload up to 2 images
        • View and update images

      Catch-Up Vaccination

      • Children missing scheduled vaccines appear under Catch-Up Vaccines.
      • Catch-up doses follow the same validation and date rules.
