As a CHO, I want to select the reason for a beneficiary’s visit and choose between RMNCHA+ services or Other CPHC services, so that the correct clinical diagnosis and management modules are enabled for providing appropriate care.

Acceptance Criteria

Reason for Visit Selection

• On starting a new consultation:
  • System displays Reason for Visit selection screen
• Reason for Visit is mandatory
• CHO can select:
  • RMNCHA+ Services
  • Other CPHC Services
• Selection must be made before proceeding to clinical modules

Service Category Logic

• If RMNCHA+ Services is selected:
  • Enable RMNCHA+ related care pathways (as per existing program logic)
• If Other CPHC Services is selected:
  • Display list of available CPHC service modules
• Allow single or multiple module selection (configurable)

Other CPHC Services – Module Enablement

When Other CPHC Services is selected, the CHO can choose one or more of the following modules:

• Ear Diagnosis and Management
• Nose Diagnosis and Management
• Throat Diagnosis and Management
• Care for Common Ophthalmology Conditions
• Oral Health Care
• Mental Health Screening and Basic Management
• Elderly & Palliative Health Care

Module Navigation & Behavior

• Based on selected module(s):
  • Corresponding diagnosis and management screens are enabled
  • Non-selected modules remain inaccessible
• CHO can:
  • Complete one module and navigate to the next selected module
  • Save progress within a module
