Record maternal condition, complications, admission status and trigger PNC actions

      As a CHO, I want to record the mother’s condition and complications after delivery and determine admission and discharge status, so that appropriate PNC follow-up and escalation actions are triggered.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Mother’s Condition Immediately Post-Delivery
        • Mandatory selection:
          • Healthy / Stable
          • Complication (specify)
          • Critical / ICU admission
          • Maternal Death
        • If Complication or Critical:
          • Enable Maternal Complications multi-select
        • If Maternal Death:
          • Open maternal death audit form
          • Show alert “Inform District Nodal Officer”
      • Maternal Complications
        • Mandatory when enabled
        • Multiple selections allowed
        • If PPH or Uterine rupture → show alert for intensive PNC monitoring
        • If Hysterectomy:
          • Auto-adjust family planning status
          • Update eligible couple tracking
        • Complications remain editable for future updates
      • Mother Currently Admitted?
        • Mandatory (Yes / No)
        • If No (Discharged):
          • Enable Date of Discharge
          • Discharge date cannot be before delivery date
          • Used to calculate first PNC home visit timing

        • On clicking Next, user proceeds to Vitals & Prescription screen

      • If "Hysterectomy" → Automatic family planning counseling adjustment (permanent method done) or take in eligible couple tracking form
      • Make it editable, for cases if any further complications occur in future.
