      Downloading patients list taking more time in Home page

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. Once the App gets launched, then downloading of beneficiary data gets start and it is taking more time.
      2. Once this download gets completed sometimes we are not getting completes data as well (e.g, Ben registered by someone with same User ID is not reflecting).
