As a CHO, I want to record Eligible Couple (EC) visit details, pregnancy test status, and family planning method information, so that I can accurately track reproductive health status, ensure timely follow-ups, and update beneficiary status as per program guidelines.
Business Objective
- Ensure standardized EC visit tracking
- Enable correct transition of women to Pregnant Woman or Permanently Sterilised status
- Track ANTRA Injection doses and due dates accurately
- Support incentive eligibility through alerts
Acceptance Criteria
Date of Visit
- Field Type: Calendar Date Picker
- Mandatory field
- Format: dd-mm-yyyy
- Cannot be greater than today’s date
- Must be ≥ EC Registration Date
- Only one visit allowed per month
- Field should be non-editable once submitted
Financial Year
- Auto-populated based on Date of Visit

- Auto-selected as current month

- Calendar Date Picker

- Can be backdated up to 6 months
