As a CHO, I want to document pain and symptom severity, so that patients with uncontrolled symptoms are identified for urgent referral.
Acceptance Criteria
- Section is enabled based on Section C logic
- Pain severity and duration are mandatory
- Symptom severity is mandatory if symptoms are selected
- Immediate relief provided field is mandatory
- System shows referral alert if:
- Pain severity = Severe OR
- Symptoms are uncontrolled
