As a CHO, I want to identify palliative care needs for any patient, so that patients with serious or chronic conditions receive appropriate care and referral.
Acceptance Criteria
- Section is visible for all age groups and genders
- Pain presence, bedridden status, chronic illness, and caregiver support are mandatory
- Pain & Symptom Assessment auto-enables if pain present = Yes
- Palliative Care Assessment auto-enables if any trigger condition = Yes
- Optional symptom checkboxes do not block submission
