As a CHO, I want to perform a dementia screening for elderly patients, so that suspected cases can be identified for timely referral without making a diagnosis.
Acceptance Criteria
- Section is visible only if age ≥ 60 years
- Checklist fields are optional
- Screening Outcome is auto-calculated:
- Suspected if any checklist item is selected
- Not Suspected if none selected
- Referral Required field becomes mandatory if outcome = Suspected
- CHO cannot enter diagnosis or treatment details
