As a Community Health Officer (CHO) I want the system to guide me to provide psychosocial intervention or initiate referral based on screening outcomes so that appropriate psychosocial support can be delivered at the HWC level or escalated when needed.

Acceptance Criteria

• System prompts CHO to either provide psychosocial intervention or initiate referral based on prior screening outcome.
• “Psychosocial intervention provided” is mandatory.
• If “Yes” is selected for psychosocial intervention, Type of intervention must be completed (multi-select options: Psychoeducation, Counselling, Stress management, Family counselling).
• Session date must not exceed the current date.
• Duration of the session is mandatory and must be between 10–60 minutes.
• Remarks field is optional, with a maximum of 250 characters.
• Screening cannot be submitted if any mandatory or conditional fields are incomplete.
• Clear validation messages are displayed for any missing or invalid data.
