      As a CHO, I want a Next button at the end of the Oral Health Form, so that I can proceed to vitals and prescription workflow seamlessly.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. Next button visible after completing mandatory fields.
      1. Clicking Next navigates to Vitals and Prescription module.
