    • Pain
    • Abscess
    • Swelling
    • Tooth Injury
    • Avulsion
    • Non-Healing Ulcer
    • Uncontrolled Bleeding
    • Trauma (Fractured jaw/mobile teeth)
  • Referral alert triggers if any option is selected

Acceptance Criteria:
