As a CHO, I want the Screening for Injury and Trauma module to appear only for patients with eye injury/trauma so that I can accurately document the type of injury.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Module is enabled if “Reason for Visit” = First aid for eye injury/trauma.
2. Injury Type field (Multi-select) is mandatory and includes:

• • Mechanical foreign body
  • Blunt trauma
  • Penetrating injury suspected
  • Chemical (acid/alkali/other)

      3. CHO cannot proceed to next workflow without selecting at least one Injury Type.

      4. Multiple injury types can be selected.
