Summary: Proceed to vital signs and prescription workflow after Case Identification

As a CHO, I want to navigate to vitals and prescription workflow after completing Case Identification, so that the patient assessment is seamless.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Next button only enabled after all mandatory fields are completed.

1. Clicking Next takes the user to Vitals and Prescription module.

1. Records are captured in the application
2. It's interoperable within the AMRIT
3. All referral alerts or management recommendations captured before navigation.
