Acceptance Criteria

• Cleft Lip is optional with Yes / No options.
  • Selecting Yes triggers an alert recommending referral to a secondary-level specialist.
• Cleft Palate is optional with Yes / No options.
  • Selecting Yes triggers an alert recommending referral to a secondary-level specialist.
• The Next button navigates the user to the Vitals screen, followed by the Prescription screen.
• Navigation is allowed only when all mandatory fields are completed.
