As a CHO I want to record throat-related conditions and receive referral alerts when required so that beneficiaries needing specialist care are identified.

Acceptance Criteria

• The following condition fields are optional and support Yes / No selection:
  • Tonsillitis
  • Pharyngitis
  • Laryngitis
  • Sinusitis
• Selecting Yes for any of the above conditions records the diagnosis without blocking workflow.
• Swelling in the neck (thyroid) is optional with Yes / No options.
  • Selecting Yes triggers an alert recommending referral to a secondary-level specialist.
• Difficulty in swallowing is optional with Yes / No options.
  • Selecting Yes triggers an alert recommending referral to a secondary-level specialist.
