      As a CHO I want the Nose Diagnosis and Management section to be enabled only for nose-related chief complaints so that irrelevant clinical fields are not shown unnecessarily.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • The Nose Diagnosis and Management section is displayed only when a nose-related chief complaint is selected.
      • The section remains hidden or disabled for non-nose-related complaints.
