Hide Outreach and Facility Options from Login Page

      The login page currently displays the Outreach and Facility selection options. These should no longer be visible to users. 

      This change is needed to streamline the login flow and prevent users from selecting outdated or unsupported modules.
      Acceptance Criteria

      • Outreach option is not visible anywhere on the login page.
      • Facility option is not visible anywhere on the login page.
      • Login process works normally without errors after removing these options.
      • UI layout remains consistent and responsive after the change.
