Beneficiary reaches lab technician after long delay

      Beneficiary appears under doctor as “Pending for lab result” even though no data is present in lab technician module. After ~2 minutes data appears.

      Expected: Immediate availability in lab technician module.
      Actual: Delay of ~2 minutes.
