Within the CBAC form, several fields that are logically mandatory (including “Recurrent Ulceration” and others) do not display any mandatory indicator (such as a red asterisk). Although these fields must be filled to proceed, the user is only informed after clicking the Save button. This results in poor usability and inconsistent form validation behavior.
This is a common issue affecting multiple fields across the CBAC form.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the CBAC form.
      1. Navigate to fields such as “Recurrent Ulceration” and other fields that are actually required.
      1. Observe that no mandatory indicator is present.
      1. Attempt to submit the form without filling these fields.
      1. System shows validation errors only after clicking Save.
