If providing MMU credentials and clicking submit then Van, Service point, State, District, Taluk field should come wherein after selecting Van- Service Point, State, District, Taluk should get filled automatically according to User Mapping. Village needs to be filled manually.
Once these details are filled then it should be auto-filled in Location Information field under registration.
