The village dropdown list is not visible properly as it moves behind the keyboard. When the user presses the back button to close the keyboard, the dropdown disappears unless opened via the dropdown arrow.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login mHWC .

1. Under CHO, click add beneficiary  "Proceed With Registration".

1. Tap on Village field.

1. Press back to close the keyboard.
   Expected: Dropdown should remain visible and not hide behind keyboard.
   Actual: Dropdown hides or disappears.
